Is the shipping free?
Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price.
When will I receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Regular sized order has a lead time of 8 to 10 working days after receiving and confirming your order which you may choose to consider for your order.
For Made to measure, Custom Made & back orders it takes about 2 to 3 weeks to complete and after confirmed details to ship.
Can I change or return my item?
All our orders are made to order and will carry a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges to facilitate return for an exchange in size. Accept refunds only If the product is defected or damaged. As soon as we receive and check your return, we will notify you concerning your refund. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
